Q: Do I need to do anything in preparation for the download?

A: Although this is not essential, you can create a new folder or directory to store the casino installation file. After clicking the download link on our site, you will be given the option to either “Open” or “Save” the file; we recommend you “Save” the file either into your Downloads folder or the new folder you have already created.

Q: How do I install the software?

A: After downloading the file, you can simply “Run” the installation program by double clicking on it. Then follow the instructions given on the screen to complete the installation.

Q: Why is the download taking so long?

A: The speed of download really depends on your internet connection speed although you need to be a little patient. For this reason, unfortunately there is little you can do to speed up the process, although the download shouldn’t take too long as the casino server has an ultra high speed connection.

Q: What should I do, my screen looks fuzzy?

A: Your monitor possibly isn’t using the correct settings, or you could be using an outdated graphics card. To correct the problem follow these steps:

  1. Right click the mouse on your Desktop and the click the “Properties” tab.
  2. Then you’ll see some more tab; choose the “Settings” tab.
  3. Move the slider below “Screen Resolution” to “800×600 pixels”.
  4. On the “Color quality” option, click the button and select “high color(16bit)” or more.
  5. Press “OK” and your computer will accept the new settings.

(You can change these settings back at anytime if required).
